  1. Activation is manual: your account is switched on within 24 hours of payment, and we'll email you the moment it's ready. (We'd rather pour our energy into the product than into a billing system right now.)
  2. Your clock starts at official launch: at least one full year from day one, plus a lifetime best-price guarantee after that.
  3. There will be a free plan after official launch — but during early access, 1Space is open to presale users only.
  4. Changed your mind? Refunds are open from month 4 to month 6 after purchase. The first three months are for genuinely trying 1Space — we're iterating fast. We'll ask why (it helps us get better), but the reason is never grounds to refuse the refund.
